Carter Pewterschmidt as the Second Doctor. Part 2.

Here is another drawing Carter Pewterschmidt (from Family Guy) as the Second Doctor (as played by Patrick Troughton.) I always liked the head of my attempt at this design, but the body was lacking. I am much happier with this version!
